 just came back from piano lesson. syllabus for sight-reading has changed ! for grade 7, the new syllabus is that the sight-reading will have a title and you HAVE to play with emotions. in other words, interpret the music from the title and tonality of the song. read the notes, play the notes, coordianate both hands and inject emotion. all that done while playing ? that's a hell lot of multi-tasking. sucks big time.

went to school just for soccer today.how awesome. but it was pretty good. and when it starts again in 3 weeks time, transfer window will open. hahahahahaha. and my team sure knows who we're gonna transfer out ! tsk tsk tsk. evil people. Child Development test next monday. omg. im sooo dreading that test. it'll confirm be the hardest of all the modules, yet the most fundamental one. aiyahhhhhh.

CONGRATULATIONS DAVID COOK ! :Di always love the winning song. hahahahahaha. anywayyy just now while we were having late lunch, Alanna, Evan, Joanne and Khai were reading TODAY paper. when they came across the page with the American Idol article. for those who dont read TODAY paper, there was a picture of David Archuleta and David Cook. one of the happiest days !definitely :D day started SUPER happy and ended happy. finally done with the library search assignment. we almost died by 4pm though. but upon completion it was just pureeeeee joy and we could once smile again. & i HAVE to mention this ! ytd my dear team won SHAQ'S team. like finally ! victory was purely sweet. and this time they hi-5 me yayyyyyyyy ! cant wait for next soccer. cant wait till this 6 point gap closes ! :D & we'll be FIRST !

THURSDAYwent for attachment. attached to the K2s. kids wanted to greet me and Regina but they didnt know our names. so teacher Ain made them ask us. the kids were sort of scared to ask Regina. lol. they took damn long to get her name. finally they went "good morning teacher Regina" and then it was my turn. when my turn came, i thought they were scared of me too. apparently not. 2 boys ran from where they were sitting while shouting "i want to ask " 10 times. one stood in front of me while the other squatted in front of me and keep saying "teacher what's your name ? what's your name ? what's your name ?" and then they told their classmates my name and the whole group said "good morning teacher farhana" hahahahaha. teacher Ain was super envious cos the kids greeted me and Regina louder than the volume they greeted her. so teacher Ain made the kids greet her again. and this time, the kids shouted super loudly. lol then they headed for lessons. Regina joined the K1's. I joined the K2's. teacher Ain read them a story about this dog. after the story, teacher Ain asked the children to name all the animals they can keep at home. one of the students said guinea pig. *teacher Ain writes guinea pig on the whiteboard" another student : teacher can keep pig at home meh ?!  teacher Ain: hahahaha nooo. this is guinea pig ! its like a hamster like that. OMG i couldnt help but snigger. hahahahaha. so after they brainstormed, teacher Ain made them made them draw their favourite pet and you. i supervised their drawing. they were telling me stories. being K2's, when one person wants to tell me what they draw, everybody else will want to tell. and you know whatttttt. they forgot my nameee ! so this was what they called me: - Teacher Farhan Teacher Fananah Teacher Farah Teacher Farha but most of the time it was Teacher Farhan. i gave up correcting them that i just respond to them willingly. hahahahaaha. and there was this boy who told me " this is my pet, me and my girlfriend " O.O girlfrienddddd ???????? tsk. after drawing, they were rewarded with play time ! they played with blocks and connectors. Ke Xin was superrr cutee. she made me a bracelet, head band and all sorts of other stuff. she even wore them for me. hahahahahhahaa. Brian is a super smart kid. he knows what braces and HFMD are. his friends were asking me "teacher what is that on your teeth ?" brian " i know i know ! its braces !" woweeee. and then he could still explain to me "teacher later we must eat lunch in our classroom. we cannot go to the nursery class to eat cos of HFMD" smart kiddo. looking forward to next week's attachment ! :D

I'll blog abt attachment and 2 photos probably tmrw or sunday. :D laughed so much & went high today with Shaq that we only cooled down on the bus on the way home. i fell asleep first, then she fell asleep. but she woke up earlier than me and i continued sleeping. suddenly she nudged me to wake up i think. & i found her laughing. i went like "what ?" and in between giggles she said i look like im gonna fall off the chair. thus she woke me up cos she said she looked stupid laughing to herself. let's talk about American Idol.David Archuleta first :D him singing With You was just hilarious. but he did a good job. AT LEAST the vocals were there. although its not his type of song. =X his last song was fantastic though (: David Cook i think the producers chose the perfect song for him. I Dont Wanna Miss A Thing by Aerosmith. its my current favourite song to play on the piano ! :D i'll play it EVERYTIME i play the piano. so i know the song pretty well. BUT he had a couple of pitch problems. and the judges didnt mention it. hahahahaha. ah wells. both David's for the finals pleaseeeee.

today is a goooood day ! :Dexcept for the LAST part of street soccer. Thomas is suchhhh a spoiler. he really spoilt it. just as the team was getting more bonded, you all just had to gang up against me ah. thanksss ah teammmm ! oh and we played a match against Shaq's group just now. being captains, we decided to sit this match out and let the guys play. & i like how we would have a friendly banter and support our own teams. we looked like managers at the side of the court. pacing a little, standing about one meter from each other and shouting at our respective teams. me: ehhh. the way im sitting down and the way you're standing is like soccer managers ! shaq: eh ya ah. im Sir Alex Ferguson. me: then im Rafa Benitez. & i when i said that, i suddenly thought of his rotation policy. hahahahahahaha. but too bad too little players to do rotation. & i almost scored a goal against red group. damn it. coach said that if a girl scored, the score would automatically be 6-0 ! wahlaoeh. super wasted. aiyahhhhh, see laaaaa. im still soo affected by how they played me out. esp helmi. still can laugh. if it wasnt for me who is such a pushy captain, we wouldnt have won by such a big margin against yellow team cos he scored 3 out of the 4 goals. this was exactly what happened: after coach blew the whistle for the final match against yellow, me: yayyyyyy ! hi-fve hi-five thomas: for what ? me: we win what ! thomas: you were not part of it what. & the whole of my team plus yellow team laughed. i was soo damn shocked i went "fineeeeee. i dont talk to you all anymore" but i was half laughing myself and i went to shaq for comfort. hahahahaha. for once in five weeks i didnt say bye to them and they left laughing. im such a nice captain okayyyy ! next week if you all go "captain sub in ! " or "captain play. i want to rest " i dont sub or play a single match than you all know. hahahhahahaha.

987FM keeps playing David Cook's song !aiyaaaaaaaaa its nice i know but play David Archuleta too pleaseeeeeeeeeeeee :D went to celebrate mother's day with the cousins and grandparents. was suppose to go to some french restaurant but it closed on us even though we booked seats and all for like one week in advance. they even removed their contact number which was pasted on the door so people cannot contact them. so we ended up going to secret recipe. ate till bloated. left happy anyway. hahahahahaha. andandand Harry Kewell is gonna leave liverpool. its confirmed. OMG. noooooooooooooo. :( Xabi Alonso MIGHT be leaving toooo. he better not. i will not forgive Rafa if he sells Alonso !

I finished reading P.S. I Love You.there was NOT even ONE tear in sight. Sheryl cried in every chapter. Sara cried after page 32. I didnt cry at all. Am i really that unemotional ? today was slightly better. i think ! oh and we finally played jengga during break today. we've been needing to relax and play something ever since monday ! hahahahaha. this time, fehmina lost and we came up with a forfeit sooo bad she wanted to kill us im sure. and i have to mention this. shaq and i rock ! :D there were a few occasions when the girls would leave esp their handphones on the table and forget to take it when we leave. so like for example today, Faddie left her HP at the bus stop. i took it and pass it to shaq who kept it in her pocket. she didnt realise it was missing until the end of attachment debrief. when she FINALLY realised her HP was missing, she looked damn stress and was on the verge on breaking down. after taking the lift down and they were about to walk towards the bus stop to find it, me: FAD ! shaq: *takes out the phone* lesson learnt ! dont leave your phone in public places. fad: OMGOD you all. i was about to cry sia. & she kept OMG-ing for like the next 5 minutes or so. hahahahahhaa. "i like the way your tshirt covers your muscles" *cough fehmina cough* :P

shitty shitty day.the ONLY thing that happened today that would make me happy is the attachment. im really looking forward to next thursday. but when attachment ended and school was next, everything just went wrong. oh yea i forgot. another thing happened that made me laugh. Shaq, Fad & I were heading home. & we didnt know whether a certain bus would go to clementi MRT. but we saw at the side of the bus it said " clementi road " we were sooo pissed off that we forgot our school is at clementi road and clementi MRT is NOT on clementi road. we felt something was wrong when the bus didnt head to clementi MRT so shaq went to ask the bus driver and he laughed at us for taking the wrong bus and told us the bus does not go to any MRT. so he told us to get down and cross the road and take bus 96 straight to clementi MRT. found out we landed at NUS. bus 171 i think came and shaq asked the driver whether it goes back to NP. fad and i saw bus 96 behind and were shouting for shaq to get down the bus since the direct bus to clementi was here. shaq tapped her card on bus 171 and this was how the conversation went: fad & me: SHAQ ! get down the bus. 96 is behind. shaq: but i tap my card alr ! then how ! fad & me: but the straight bus to clementi is hereeeee ! *shaq gets down from bus 171* bus uncle in 171: OI OI EXCUSE ME CANCEL CANCEL i swear he shouted sooo loudly at Shaq the WHOLE bus could hear. he wanted to refund her the bus fare. hahahahahahhaa. super funny. Shaq was embarassed to the max as she once again stepped onto bus 171 before getting down and boarded 96. Fad & I laughed all the way. until the 3 of us talked about a certain topic again. cramps are soooo killing me. but Fad says it'll help when i give birth next time. & just like my reaction " who said im giving birth ?!" hahahahaha. ohhh and support DAVID ARCHULETA. he's the next American Idol ! :)

that day the gang talked about the medical examination we had to do to get in ECH.specifically so, the blood that was taken out of our bodies. and we agreed that we almost fainted at the sight of the amount of blood they took. its like one full fat syringe. and its also good to know im not the only one who cried. alanna is sort of wose than me. she said she cried before the needle even touched her. i only cried at the third poke okay. hahaaahahaha. Fehm and Aifa messed with my hair today. damn it. :(

ytd night was drama.at about 11+pm. fire broke out at block 164. security guard stood at the field and shouted " block 164. please evacuate. fire fire" & knowing that some people might have alr slept with aircon turned on, he even went to knock on every household in that block. even from my house, i could even smell strong smoke. abt god knows how many minutes later, i heard the big fire engine honk and before i knew it, mum, bro and i ran down to catch the scene. found out the lift wasnt working so had to take the stairs. met neighbours downstairs. talked about what was happening and we walked down the slope to block 164. along the way, there was this super strong smell of burnt rubber. had to cover my nose with my shirt. then some guy retreating from the scene told us that they put out the fire alr. apparently some motorcycle caught fire in the underground carpark. uncle: luckily our water sprinklers were working so it helped by putting down the fire a little. and it also triggered the fire alarm and automatic shutdown of lifts in the whole place ang moh neighbour: wow ! that's very good. very very good. LOL and she was happy about it. happy that such things are in place. so were a few others. hahahahaha. so after hanging around for a while, decided to go back home. had to climb the stairs back up. aiyohhhh. lucky only two flights. if not i would probably wait till the lift works again. hahahahahhaaha.

watched part of the match last night.i said part cos during most of the match i was lying down closing my eyes and just listening to the commentator. hahahahaha. but there were times when i at and watch okayy. i dont know why i dont feel so sad. cos usually i would everytime we lose. but i guess because they did their best. when the score was at 4-3, the camera showed the liverpool crowd and chelsea crowd. both crowds of fans were holding their hands in prayer. quite funny in a way. Liverpool fans hoping we will score so that we will go through. Chelsea fans hoping we wont score so they will go through. & at the end of the match, Avram Grant sorta hailed stamford bridge by kneeling on all fours. LOL serioussss. anyway congratulations chelsea ! and why is the weather so bloody hot nowadays ?! from my window, its like cloudless blue sky. and when i stand under it i can feel the heatwave burning my skin mann |
