Extracted from Elaine's blog :"Took damn long to decide on a date for this 'celebration'. We're all very busy okay! Went for seoul garden at pasir ris and i highly recommend this outlet to everyone! Excellent service, chio bu (the managers) and damn attentive staffs. And belle actually said that we should dine till 4pm (we ate at 1230) but she gave up around 2. LOL JOKER CAN?! At 1+, i commented that i was quite full alr and she still said that she's only "25%" full. Funny gal lor. But one huge discovery, farhana can rly eat lor. I think she's rly the kind that 'can eat a cow'. We also come to a conclusion that "lifen and i suck at buffets but we rock at desserts!" Farhana is rock at both. She ate 3.5 SERVINGS OF ICE CREAM! after like don't know how many kilos of meat. She's lucky she's thin LOL." After reading all that, I really feel like such a greedy pig. hahaha okay this doesn't happen all the time! :S

Elaine and I just had a VERY VERY long conversation abt the Kallang Issue and the City Harvest Issue. We become journalist for the day ;) HAHAHA. We both agreed that if school has an assignment on any of this, sure get AD alr leh!

Now's like sort of the peak of assignments and it's getting mentally draining cos we got to come up with so many ideas! Cant imagine doing EVERYTHING by ourselves once internship starts. Like its alr this bad and its group work!! damn, curriculum planning!Which reminds me, I need to call my mentor tmr! Ah, actually I don't see the point in calling so early! Like there's abt 3-4 weeks to go before internship starts right. I have a driving lesson like next monday after 2 weeks I think and I hope I rmbr the steps- especially the slope, narrow courses & directional change! I keep trying to remember to stick in touch with it once in a while. Hah, but let's see how it goes. Learning parking on monday man! Quite exciting :D Ok Im feeling sleepy right now, I keep yawning so I might as well just go to bed soon.

Awww, wasted opportunity to the finals! damn away goal rule, but congrats to Atletico anyway!oh and Singapore has finally FINALLY signed a deal to broadcast the World Cup! Imagine if they weren't gonna broadcast it, woah I would have gone mad or smth. hahaha. Ok Im up early tonight, maybe shall go for a run! & Im listening to Glee songs currently, the upbeats make good morning songs.:D btw I think this medley is damn awesome!

I love those 2 :( Damn, Amanda and I are already starting to regret. Ugh, tmr come 8pm let's be sad and listen to track recordings of the songs or we can make do with live versions from youtube. damnnnnnn. & hehhhhh, Amanda's bathing now and her auto-message says "I love my bestfriend! :D" awwwwww oh yes yes yes I tried out the 3D newspaper today hahaha quite cool actually, but abit irritating eh, must hold the glasses up yourself. tsk. oh but I would love to see the sports section in 3D though.

I don't know why but I have the sudden urge to sign up for one of the runs!& I didnt know there were mini-triathlons during OSIM Singapore! I assumed it was the usual extra long xx km swim + xx km run + xx km cycle I definitely want to go for the 2km swim + 2km run + 10 km cycle next year :D Heard you still got a finisher's trophy for that, how nice! Anyone wanna do it with me? :D Reflecting back, somehow I can rmbr the songs they played during the runs. Like during Run For Hope 2009, they played Im Alive by Celine Dion as a warm up song and I Gotta Feeling ON REPEAT during Safari Zoo Run 2010. I rmbred I went LOL when they played the songs but somehow the beats of the song did play a part as you got ready. Hmm, let's see, the Sundown Marathon in May is too expensive, oh and I do not want to do the vertical marathon! Aww man, seems like there's more interesting ones in the 2nd half of the year though. We'll see how it goes. |
